Peplink has just announced an update to their Router Utility application for users that have upgraded to Android 4.4 on their Smartphones. The application allows you to quickly see the status of your routers deployed out in the field. Push notifications can be set up to alert you when the system has started up, WAN connections have went down/up and if your SpeedFusion VPN connections are up or down. In addition GPS enabled devices like the Max BR1 and Max HD2 series support GPS locations directly from the app interface so you can quickly see exactly where your units are. The application is a freed download available for Android and iOS users. Be sure to download this to receive push notifications and quickly monitor throughput, bandwidth usage and more right from your mobile devices!
